Videos from The White Stripes‘ lone appearance on Saturday Night Live have been unveiled in celebration of the duo’s new Greatest Hits album. In addition, The White Stripes — which consisted of Jack White and Meg White — announced the digital release of the Rare B-Sides compilation and have put an official recording of their September 27, 1999 live performance at Athens’ 40 Watt Club up for sale via Bandcamp.
Jack & Meg made their only visit to Saturday Night Live on October 19, 2002. The White Stripes performed “Dead Leaves And The Dirty Ground” and “We’re Going To Friends” from their 2001 studio album, White Blood Cells.

The White Stripes Live At 40 Watt features the duo’s 11-song performance at the historic Athens venue. Proceeds from the live archival release, which will only be on sale through December 20, will go towards Fair Fight. Stacy Abrams founded the voter participation advocacy group.
