  • How do I contact JamBase?

    Here are all the ways to contact JamBase:

  • Can you help me get a refund for tickets or find my ticket order?

    JamBase provides links to purchase tickets but is not directly involved in transactions related to ticket purchases. Contact the ticketing outlet you purchased tickets from with any questions regarding refunds or any other issues.

  • Does JamBase have an API or offer content licensing?

    Yes! Interested in licensing JamBase’s comprehensive database of the world of live music? Learn all about our API.

  • Does JamBase have a mobile app?

    Yes! JamBase has native apps for both iOS and Android.

Adding Content to JamBase

  • Does it cost anything to list a concert or festival on JamBase?

    No, it’s free to place listings on JamBase.

  • How do I submit content to Jambase?

    JamBase works diligently to be a comprehensive and trustworthy source for all live music but we might have missed something you know about.

    Please take a moment to confirm the content isn’t on our site, then choose a link below based on the type of content you’d like to submit:

  • How do I submit a full tour that is not currently on JamBase?

    For full tours, you can send an Excel spreadsheet to tourdates@jambase.com with the following columns in this order:

    • Artist
    • Date
    • Venue
    • City
    • State
    • Ticket Link optional

    This can be sent as often as you like, and your listing will be updated.

  • How do I “claim” a profile for artists and venues?

    JamBase Manager allows venues and artists to manage their shows and listings on JamBase.

    Once you create an account and get verified you can quickly add and edit shows, add ticketing links and pricing, update profile and social links, and more.

Editorial Submissions

  • Do you accept editorial submissions for events / albums / etc?

    We welcome your pitches and story ideas. Please complete our editorial submission form so we can review and clear your idea first.

    Note: JamBase does not publish traditional album “reviews” but new music can be submitted for other coverage.

  • How do I take photos for JamBase?

    If you’d like to photograph a show for JamBase you can submit a request using our editorial submission form.

    Please be sure to include a link to your portfolio.

  • How can I get on one of your playlists?

    JamBase is not currently accepting playlist submissions.

Features & Functionality

  • How do I create a playlist?

    You can create Spotify playlists and listen to who’s playing near you by creating a JamBase account and navigating to Playlists. Connect to your Spotify and generate playlists right from JamBase.

  • Can I import the artists I follow on Spotify and Facebook to JamBase?

    Yes! You can sync your JamBase account with Spotify and Facebook to seamlessly import all the artists you follow and listen to and track them in JamBase so you always know when they’re playing a concert near you. Scan Facebook and Spotify here.

  • How do I sync my calendar?

    When logged into a JamBase account head to the Sync tab in your Concert Calendar.

    Once there you’ll see buttons to sync your JamBase Concert Calendar of saved shows to Google or Apple’s iCal. It will take you through the steps to set up.

  • How do I filter upcoming concerts by recently announced?

    There are a few places to filter concert listings by just those recently announced.

    • Home page: On the Home page lick the “New” filter on top of the Upcoming Concerts module to see concert listings from the last 30 days.
    • Concert Finder: On the Concert Finder and can drill down on the recently announced filters to “Any Time”, “Past Week” and “Past Month”.

Your JamBase Account

  • How do I create an account?

    Click the “Join / Log In” link at the top of any page or click right here to sign up for a free JamBase account so you can track artists, manage your concert calendar, get recommendations and notifications, and more.

  • How do I edit my account and preferences?

    When logged in to your JamBase account you can visit the settings page to update your account and profile as well as your location and subscription preferences.

  • How do I delete my account?

    To request the deletion of your personal data from our website you may:

    It may take up to 48 hours from the time we receive your request for your data to be deleted.

    If you are receiving more email than you would like, you can instead manage your subscription preferences.
