BTS Reenters ‘Love Maze’ For 1st Time Since 2019

BTS brought back “Love Maze” for the first time since 2019 during Wednesday’s ARIRANG World Tour concert at SoFi Stadium near Los Angeles. The bust out emerged as one of the night’s rotating surprise songs during the second of the K-pop superstars’ four-show run at the venue.

BTS have reserved two spots in each ARIRANG World Tour encore for surprise selections from their extensive catalog. A DJ reveals the songs following “Dynamite,” with the choices changing from show to show. Wednesday’s picks included “Love Maze,” a track from BTS’ 2018 album Love Yourself: Tear.

The group last performed “Love Maze” in 2019. Love Yourself: Tear became the first Korean album to top the Billboard 200.

“Love Maze” was followed by fellow surprise selection “Silver Spoon.” BTS then finished the encore with “Please” and “Into the Sun.”

The 24-song concert otherwise drew heavily from ARIRANG, with 13 tracks from the band’s 2026 comeback album making the setlist. Older favorites included “FAKE LOVE,” “Not Today,” “MIC Drop,” “Fire,” “IDOL,” “Butter” and “Dynamite.”

The ARIRANG World Tour began in South Korea in April, marking BTS’ first extended run of concerts since 2022. The group returns to SoFi Stadium on Saturday and Sunday to complete both the four-show stand and the tour’s North American leg. The trek resumes October 2 in Bogotá, Colombia.
