The White Stripes released video of “Dead Leaves And The Dirty Ground” and “My Doorbell” from a taping for a television special. The footage was filmed on September 23, 2005 for Jack White and Meg White’s Live At VH1 Session.
The release of the tracks from the duo’s 2005 VH1 appearance comes in celebration of their recently released The White Stripes Greatest Hits album. “Dead Leaves And The Dirty Ground” is off the band’s 2001 album White Blood Cells. “My Doorbell” appears on the 2005 LP, Get Behind Me Satan, which the band was supporting at the time of the VH1 play.
