The Rolling Stones enlisted a diverse and impressive roster of opening acts for their 2024 North American Tour that included Tyler Childers last night in Orlando. Childers returned during The Stones’ headlining set at Camping World Stadium on Monday night to accompany the band on “Dead Flowers.”
“Dead Flowers” was one of two tour debuts to make the setlist last night. The Rolling Stones also performed “She’s A Rainbow” off their 1967 LP Their Satantic Majesties Request for the first time in 2024. Both “Dead Flowers” and “She’s A Rainbow” were last played in 2022.

The tour debuts came in the five- and six-slots last night. “She’s A Rainbow” won out in pre-show fan voting over “Bite My Head Off,” “Out Of Control” and “Rocks Off.” Frontman Mick Jagger joked a few of the selections “were bannned in Florida” before revealing the winner. “Oh dear, I don’t know if I remember it. I’ll give it out a go,” Jagger added.
Mick Jagger then invited Childers to share the stage on “Dead Flowers.” Tyler Childers and Mick Jagger exchanged vocal duties on the song from The Stones’ 1971 album Sticky Fingers. Childers and Jagger also strummed acoustic guitar throughout the “Dead Flowers” performance.

The rest of the show stuck to a similar script as other 2024 Rolling Stones concerts. Guitarist Keith Richards had turns leading the band through “Tell Me Straight” and “Little T&A” before the legendary rockers delivered one classic after another to fill the remainder of the main set. The encore, as usual, featured Hackney Diamonds cut “Sweet Sounds Of Heaven” and oldie “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction.”
The Rolling Stones head to Atlanta next for a concert on Friday night. The tour continues through July 21. Scroll below for a full list of dates and ticketing information.
