moe. Guitarist Chuck Garvey ‘Getting Better Every Day’ Following Stroke

moe. co-founding guitarist Chuck Garvey shared an update on his condition after suffering a stroke in November. Chuck said he was “getting better every day” in a post on social media.

Garvey suffered a stroke on Saturday, November 6. Moe issued a statement relaying the news on November 9 and an outpouring of thoughts and well-wishes came in from Chuck’s fans and musical collaborators alike. While moe. canceled most of their December concerts, they went ahead with two shows at The Capitol Theatre which featured a host of special guests with Chuck on everyone’s mind. moe. also launched a GoFundMe campaign for the ailing guitarist.

Garvey posted on Instagram yesterday that he’s “getting better every day” along with a picture of some of the cards he’s received. Check out Chuck’s IG post below:
