Goose Recruits The War On Drugs, Tycho, Dawes & More For Inaugural Viva El Gonzo Destination Festival In Mexico

Goose will headline and have curated the lineup for Viva El Gonzo, a destination festival debuting May 8-10, 2025 in San José del Cabo, Mexico. The new event, presented by 100x Hospitality, is of the “choose your own adventure” variety, with all-in-one ticket purchases including customizable lodging offerings from over a dozen hotel choices.

Goose will play two sets on each night of Viva El Gonzo. The War On Drugs, Tycho, Dawes, LP Giobbi and LA LOM are among other acts set to perform at the event.

Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Andy Frasco & The U.N., Sierra Hull, Dogs In A Pile, Eggy, Mihali, Cordovas, DJ Marb Menthols, Rivka Ruth, El Ganzo Collective, Shamans and Everything Here Is Alive round out the Viva El Gonzo 2025 lineup. Late night performances, wellness events, local excursions and pop-up sets are also part of the festivities.

Viva El Gonzo travel packages go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, October 9 at 1 p.m. ET. Fans can sign up in advance to participate in the presale, which starts on Tuesday, October 8 at 1 p.m. ET. Head to VivaElGonzo.com to book.

Attendees will have a choice of hotels ranging from intimate boutique stays to luxurious all-inclusive resorts. Each of the properties is located within five miles of the main event grounds. A limited number of “music only” tickets will be available.
