Boulder, Colorado-based radio show eTown aired its first episode of Earth Day 1991. eTown celebrates the program’s 30th anniversary and induction into the Colorado Music Hall Of Fame on April 22, Earth Day 2021.

“eTown’s 30th b’Earthday” will be a virtual concert and celebration with details, including the lineup and where to view the livestream, to be announced later this month. “We’re honored that eTown is being inducted into the Colorado Music Hall of Fame. We’ve been working hard for thirty years to bring great music to our audience,” said eTown Founder and Host Nick Forster. “What Helen [Forster] and I started back in ’91 has lasted longer and grown more than we ever imagined, and it means so much to be recognized by the Colorado Music Hall of Fame.”

eTown is syndicated internationally and shares videos and podcasts in addition to the radio broadcasts. Each installment was held in front of a live audience at Boulder’s eTown Hall before the show pivoted to all-virtual episodes in the wake of the pandemic.
