Dawes served as the musical guest on an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live on Thursday hosted by Rob Lowe. The band performed two songs from their forthcoming studio album for the show and also recently confirmed details of a livestream concert set for August 28.
Lowe noted Dawes was “one of my favorite bands” before the group’s rooftop rendition of “Who Do You Think You’re Talking To?” aired on last night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live. The Laurel Canyon-based ensemble also recorded a version of “St. Augustine At Night” as a web exclusive. Good Luck With Whatever is set for release via Rounder Records on October 2.
