Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks will hit the road this summer with various members of the Tedeschi Trucks Band for a series of socially distanced “Fireside Live” concerts. Billed as Tedeschi Trucks, the group will perform in various configurations ranging from between four and seven musicians at each of the 20 limited-capacity shows in June and July with more dates to be announced.
“Fireside Live” takes its name from the “Fireside Sessions” livestream series held in February and March. The run begins at Daily’s Place Amphitheater in Jacksonville, Florida on June 11 and 12. From there, Tedeschi Trucks plays Huntsville, Alabama on June 18; Murfreesboro, Tennessee on June 19 and 20; North Charleston, South Carolina on June 24 and 25 and Cayce, South Carolina on June 26.

The excursion continues with three concerts at Showtime At The Drive In in Frederick, Maryland July 1 – 3. Next comes three nights at Apple Valley Park in Lafayette, New York July 9 – 11. Tedeschi Trucks then hits Gilford, New Hampshire on July 16; Elmer, New Jersey on July 18 and Eatontown, New Jersey on July 20 – 21. “Fireside Live” is currently slated to conclude at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado July 30 – 31.
“Fireside Live” marks the group’s first in-person performances since February 2020. “We’re really looking forward to getting on the road and seeing everybody’s beautiful faces,” noted Susan Tedeschi. “Getting together earlier this year to record the Fireside Sessions was really re-energizing, and we are excited to play live in front of fans again. As much as we love performing as the full Tedeschi Trucks Band, current conditions just don’t allow for us to do that.”
Tickets for all concerts, except Red Rocks, go on sale this Friday, April 23 at 10 a.m. ET. Details for the Red Rocks on-sale will be announced soon. Additionally, rebroadcasts of the six-episode “Fireside Sessions” and more “Fireside Live” concerts will be confirmed shortly.
