Tedeschi Trucks Band welcomed opener Margo Price and several members of her backing band to help close out the latest Deuces Wild Tour stop at The Pavilion at Star Lake on Saturday night. Price, her husband Jeremy Ivey and bassist Alec Newnam joined the 12-piece ensemble for their “Let’s Go Get Stoned” encore in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania.
“Let’s Go Get Stoned” is the latest in a series of songs Price and the Tedeschi Trucks Band have performed together in the past two weeks. The TTB previously brought out Margo Price for George Jones, Leon Russell and Bob Dylan covers.

Last night’s “Let’s Go Get Stoned” encore followed a performance from Margo Price & The Pricetags and a two-hour Tedeschi Trucks Band set at the Pittsburgh area amphitheater. The TTB mixed material off each of the group’s five studio albums with covers of Delaney & Bonnie’s “Comin’ Home,” Junior Wells’ “Little By Little,” Willie Nelson’s “Somebody Pick Up My Pieces,” Aretha Franklin’s “It Ain’t Fair” and The Allman Brothers Band’s “Dreams” to form their setlist on Saturday.
Tedeschi Trucks Band and their guests played the Joe Cocker arrangement of “Let’s Go Get Stoned.” The song was originally recorded by The Coasters in 1965 and scored Ray Charles a number one R&B hit the following year.
