Pro-Shot Full Show Video: Tom Hamilton Helps The Disco Biscuits End Philadelphia Run

By Scott Bernstein Feb 5, 2017 6:55 am PST

On Saturday night The Disco Biscuits played their third show of the weekend and sixth ever at The Fillmore Philadelphia which makes them the act that has performed at the venue the most. The Biscuits treated fans to a pair of sets heavy on favorites and welcomed old friend Tom Hamilton to sit-in for the end of the opening stanza.

The jamtronica pioneers opened the show with the old school pairing of “Morph Dusseldorf” > “Spaga.” Up next was “And The Ladies Were The Rest Of The Night” which tDb slickly segued into “Magellan.” Then, the quartet brought out Hamilton for a debut cover of Bob Marley’s “Exodus” and an extended “Astronaut.” The second set began with a wild “Mindless Dribble” > an inverted “Crickets” > the end of “Basis For A Day” sequence. A standalone “Spectacle” followed ahead of the Biscuits playing the beginning of “Basis For A Day” > the end of “And The Ladies Were The Rest Of The Night.” The Philadelphia quartet ended the night with a “Hope” encore.
