Kesha Updates ‘TiK ToK’ With Reneé Rapp To Blast Diddy At Coachella

Reneé Rapp brought out surprise guest Kesha on Sunday at the Coachella festival in Indio, California for a performance of the latter’s 2010 smash “TiK ToK.” Kesha and Rapp revised the song’s opening lyric to take aim at Diddy.

The original line of the song is “Wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy.” On Sunday, after Kesha sang “Wake up in the morning,” the pair held their middle fingers in the air above the Outdoor Theatre stage and belted out “Like, fuck P. Diddy.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation conducted by federal authorities. Combs also stands accused of sexual assault and abuse allegations.

Kesha’s appearance came towards the middle of Rapp’s set on the final day of the first weekend of Coachella 2024. Rapp introduced Kesha as, “the hottest person on earth.” The duo last shared the stage on November 2, 2023, when Kesha sang her 2010 hit “Your Love Is My Drug” with Rapp at Reneé’s concert at Avant Gardener in Brooklyn.

Reneé Rapp was introduced on Sunday by cast members Leisha Hailey, Jennifer Beals and Kate Moenning of the Showtime television show The L Word as well as the program’s creator Ilene Chaiken. Rapp delivered a 14-song performance that focused on cuts from her debut album, 2023’s Snow Angel.
