Bob Weir shared video of “Looks Like Rain” from recent run at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Weir welcomed singer-songwriter Brittney Spencer for the song off his 1972 debut solo album, Ace.
The Radio City run came in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Ace. The concerts on April 2 and 3 each featured complete, sequential performances of the LP.

Spencer would join guitarist Bob Weir, bassist Don Was, drummer Jay Lane, keyboardist Jeff Chimenti and pedal steel player Barry Sless along with The Wolfpack horn and string ensemble of cellist Alex Kelly, violinist Mads Tolling, trombonist Adam Theis, trumpeter Brian Switzer and woodwind specialist Sheldon Brown each night for stunning rendtions of “Looks Like Rain.” Brittney delivered gorgeous vocal accompaniment on the Ace duet which originally featured Donna Jean Godchaux.
