The Avett Brothers Announce October 2026 Co-Bill With Drive-By Truckers At New Memphis Venue

The Avett Brothers started adding fall dates to their 2026 tour schedule. The latest announcement is a show with Drive-By Truckers on October 1 at Grind City Amp in Memphis.

Alabama Shakes recently opened Grind City Amp, a new venue with a capacity of 4,500 for general admission events and 3,500 for seated events. The riverfront open-air space is located on the banks of the Mississippi River.

The Avett Brothers also tapped Drive-By Truckers as the special guest for a show on October 2 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Additional fall dates recently announced by the Americana act include September gigs in Roanoke, Virginia on September 5 and in New Haven, Connecticut on September 17, along with concerts in Columbus, Georgia on October 8; Clearwater, Florida on October 10 and St. Augustine, Florida on October 11. The Secret Sisters open in Clearwater ad St. Augustine.

An Avett Guild pre-sale for Memphis tickets begins Tuesday, May 12 at 12 p.m. CT. Memphis tickets then go on sale to the public on Friday, May 15 at 10 a.m. CT. General on-sales for the other fall dates started today.

The Avett Brothers and Mike Patton resume their AVVT/PTTN Tour tonight, May 8 in San Francisco. The joint excursion continues through June 20.
