The Disco Biscuits Dust Off Elvis Presley Cover In Las Vegas: Pro-Shot Full Show Video

Jamtronica pioneers The Disco Biscuits kicked off a three-night stand at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas on Thursday evening. The late night show saw the band mix classics and covers over the course of two sets and an encore in Sin City.
The Disco Biscuits came out of the gates strong with a well-jammed “Confrontation” featuring a cover of Donna Summer’s “I Feel Love” within. Next, the quartet presented their take on JJ Cale’s “After Midnight” sung by guitarist Jon “The Barber” Gutwillig. A strong rock peak emerged out of “After Midnight” before the band moved on to “Basis For A Day.” The Biscuits explored plenty of terrain over the course of the “Basis For A Day” > “Neck Romancer” > “Basis For A Day” sequence that ended the frame.

Last night’s second set began with “Crystal Ball.” The bulk of the closing stanza came in the form of a wild “Little Shimmy In A Conga Line” sandwich that included a take on “Tempest.” From there, the Disco Biscuits dusted off a cover of Elvis Presley’s “Suspicious Minds” for the first time since February 6, 2016 to close out the second set. The four-piece act said farewell with a “Munchkin Invasion” encore. Check out pro-shot video of the entire show:
