Taylor Swift held the eighth and final The Eras Tour concert at London’s Wembley Stadium on Tuesday night. The record-breaking, sold-out show concluded the European leg of the global tour and featured Florence Welch joining Swift on a debut performance of The Tortured Poets Department standout “Florida!!!”
“You just made me the first solo artist to ever play Wembley eight times in a single tour,” Swift told the +93,000 assembled Swifties. “We will never, ever be able to thank you enough for it.”

The Eras Tour landed at Wembley Stadium for three shows in June. An additional five-show run in August concluded with Tuesday’s concert. According to the BBC, Swift broke the Wembley Stadium solo performer record of seven shows set by Michael Jackson on his 1988 Bad Tour.
Swift surprised fans on the record-breaking evening by bringing out vocalist Florence Welch of Florence + The Machine during The Tortured Poets Department era of the show. Welch contributed to “Florida!!!” on the studio version of the song, which prior to Tuesday had not been performed in concert by Swift.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUY4rDCbTZkWelch was not the only surprise Swift had for fans at Wembley. Longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff, who co-produced TTPD and other Swift albums, emerged during the acoustic “Surprise Songs” section of the night. Antoff played acoustic guitar alongside Swift on a performance of “Death by a Thousand Cuts,” from the 2019 album he co-produced Lover.
After Antonoff’s exit, Swift continued the “Surprise Songs” segment with the fitting “So Long, London,” marking the live debut of The Tortured Poets Department track. At the end of Tuesday’s concert, Swift premiered the official music video for “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart,” which was performed earlier during the TTPD era of the show.
The Eras Tour resumes in North America in late October. Watch more videos from Taylor Swift’s final show at Wembley Stadium.
