Sebastian Bach Joins Guns N’ Roses In Las Vegas

Saturday night, Guns N’ Roses played the second of two reunion shows at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Last night’s concert featured a surprise guest, as Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach sat-in for a song during the show.
Frontman Axl Rose, sporting a freshly broken foot, once again sat atop a throne borrowed from Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl. Rose was fronting the lineup of guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan from the band’s classic Appetite For Destruction era along with keyboardist Dizzy Reed, guitarist Richard Fortus, keyboardist Melissa Reese and drummer Frank Ferrer.
The night opened with the same nine song sequence as Friday’s show, including the opening “It’s So Easy,” followed by “Mr. Brownstone,” and later a take on “Live And Let Die” by Wings. The first change to the set came about halfway into the show with the cover the Misfits’ “Attitude” coming after “You Could Be Mine.” A few songs later, Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach took the stage to add vocals to the Appetite track “My Michelle.”
Like Friday, Axl played piano on the coda of Derek & The Dominos’ “Layla” to lead into “November Rain” ahead of the “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door” and “Nightrain” set closers. Mixing up the encore, Saturday’s audience was treated to “Don’t Cry,” The Who’s “The Seeker” and “Paradise City” to close out the finale in Sin City. GNR’s Not In This Lifetime Tour continues with appearances at Coachella. Watch the Bach sit-in captured by banfibill followed by other highlights below:
