Various Venues :: New Orleans, LA

Photographer Adam McCullough recently concluded a trip to New Orleans, where he enjoyed all that the Crescent City has to offer this Jazz Fest season. Last week we shared his photos from Jazz Fest late nights spanning April 28 – May 2 and today we serve up a gallery of some of the late night shows he captured between May 4 – 7. On Thursday Adam caught Foundation Of Funk featuring Zigaboo Modeliste and George Porter Jr. of The Meters pairing up with Widespread Panic’s Jimmy Herring and JoJo Hermann at Republic NOLA followed by Stooges Brass Band at the Blue Nile Balcony Room.

Friday was a particularly busy night as the photographer started off at Sanctuary Arts Center for Too Many Zooz followed by a visit to Preservation Hall for Preservation Hall Jazz Band joined by special guests Corinne Bailey Rae and Reggie Watts and then Blue Nile for Big Sam’s Funky Nation. On Saturday McCullough captured Lake Street Dive at the Civic Theatre as well as Oteil Burbridge’s new supergroup Bureau Of Sabotage at Blue Nile. It was back to Preservation Hall on Saturday, where Preservation Hall Jazz Band welcomed Dawes and Karl Denson & Brady Blade. Check out the full gallery:
