Phoebe Bridgers appeared on BBC Radio 1’s “Live Lounge” performance series. The singer-songwriter offered a pair of originals and a take on Nirvana's “Lithium.”
Bridgers captured her BBC “Live Lounge” performance while in London for a run of shows. Unfortunately she recently had to postpone shows due to getting “appendicitis for my birthday,” Phoebe wrote in a social media post.
The singer-songwriter was in London to support her new album, Lost Weekend, which arrived last week. For Bridgers’ BBC play she offered two tracks off the record, “Bobby” and “Lost Boys,” in an acoustic format. She also covered Nirvana’s “Lithium,” from the influential grunge band’s iconic second album, Nevermind.
