Noah Kahan Brings Out Remi Wolf At Madison Square Garden

Noah Kahan returned to perform at a sold-out Madison Square Garden on Tuesday. Kahan was joined by Remi Wolf on “Stick Season” last night one day after he welcomed James Bay to guest on the song at the famed New York City venue.

Remi Wolf’s collaboration with Noah Kahan came just days after she released her highly anticipated sophomore full-length studio album, Big Ideas. Wolf and Kahan shared lead vocals duties on the “Stick Season” that brought Noah’s 21-song concert to a close.

“New York City, who wants to get fucking sticky?” Kahan exclaimed after performing “The View Between Villages” to get his encore underway. He helmed the beginning of “Stick Season,” the title track from his breakthrough 2022 album. “Give it up for Remi Wolf,” Noah shouted as his fellow singer-songwriter took the stage.

Remi sang the second third of the song before the pair belted out the end of “Stick Season” together with the help of the capacity crowd. Noah Kahan was sporting a New York Rangers jersey to continue a tradition of wearing the colors of one of each venue’s home teams.

Noah Kahan stuck to the same format and a similar setlist at both Garden shows. “Come Over,” “The Great Divide,” “Strawberry Wine” and “Call Your Mom” were each played by the Vermont-based singer-songwriter on Tuesday but not on Monday. Kahan subbed those tunes for “Maine,” “Spoiled,” “Way Up High” and “Carlo’s Song,” which made the set at the first show of the two-night stand.

One of the biggest weeks of Noah Kahan’s life continues tomorrow when he makes his Fenway Park debut. Mt. Joy and James Bay will open for Kahan at the home of the Boston Red Sox on Thursday and Friday.
