Watch Neal Francis’ Boisterous ‘BNYLV’ Performance From ‘Francis Comes Alive’
The track closes the keyboardist’s recently released live album.

Neal Francis shared a live performance video of “BNYLV.” The live cut is the closing track on the keyboardist’s recently released Francis Comes Alive album.
Along with the live record, Francis also recently premiered an accompanying concert film, Francs Comes Alive: The Movie, which is available to stream via nugs.net. Neal captured Francis Comes Alive live to tape at Thalia Hall in his homebase of Chicago on March 25.

The keyboardist was joined by an expanded 11 piece band featuring guitarist Kellen Boersma, bassist Mike Starr and drummer Collin O’Brien as well as a horn section — trumpeter Parris Fleming, saxophonist Corbin Andrick and trombonist Alex Wasily — keyboardist Cole DeGenova and percussionist Daniel Villarreal. Vocalists Thair Thompson and Carlile rounded out the lineup.
“BNYLV” originally appears on Francis’ 2021 album, In Plain Sight. The Francis Comes Alive version stretches to nearly 11-minutes and features extended piano and horn solos. Watch Neal Francis and company perform “BNYLV” below:
