The Muppets Take Golden Gate Park: Outside Lands 2016 – Photos

San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park once again hosted the annual Outside Lands music festival last weekend. The action began on Friday, August 5 with sets by Vulfpeck, Moon Taxi, Jidenna, Foals, St. Lucia and others. The Claypool Lennon Delirium made their OSL debut and the first day also performances by headliners Duran Duran and LCD Soundsystem. Saturday’s action was punctuated with a headlining set by Radiohead. Other acts hitting the OSL stages on Saturday included Sufjan Stevens, Con Brio, The Last Shadow Puppets, Lord Huron along with several additional performers.
Singer-songwriters Jason Isbell and Ryan Adams traded sit-ins on Sunday. The final day of the fest also featured appearances by Kamasi Washington, Brandi Carlile, Reed Mathis’ Electric Beethoven, Third Eye Blind and headliner Lionel Richie. Sunday also saw the first-ever live concert performance by The Muppets band Dr. Teeth & The Electric Mayhem.
