Multi-Cam Video: The Breakfast Covers ‘Peaches En Regalia’ In Hartford

Connecticut-based jam quartet The Breakfast reunited for a series of three shows this weekend that included gigs in New York City, Hartford and Newmarket. Videographer MKDevo was on hand Friday night at Arch Street Tavern in Hartford and has started unveiling footage from the performance.

The Breakfast consider Frank Zappa a huge influence and have covered plenty of his songs over the years including “Echidna’s Arf (Of You),” “Magic Fingers” and “Pygmy Twylyte.” On Friday, The Breakfast encored with a spot-on rendition of FZ’s instrumental “Peaches En Regalia.” Guitarist Tim Palmieri stands out through the slightly-extended “Peaches.” MKDevo captured The Breakfast’s cover of “Peaches En Regalia” with multiple cameras in glorious 4K hi-def resolution, which also shows off the laser light show that accompanied the quartet’s performance:
