Mikaela Davis & Southern Star Cover Grateful Dead’s ‘Here Comes Sunshine’

Mikaela Davis and Southern Star shared a video of their cover of the Grateful Dead’s “Here Comes Sunshine.” The footage comes from the group’s recent Live From Out There livestream.

Davis and her band mates recorded the livestream hosted by nugs.tv in conjunction with 11E1even Group, on March 28. The set opened with “Get Gone” from her 2018 album, Delivery, which they followed with the Dead cover. Davis, who has played harp with Grateful Dead guitarist on multiple occasions, can be seen leading the Live From Out There “Here Comes Sunshine” cover below:
