Two days of music and camping return to The Pines Music Park in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, August 14 – 15.

Campout In The Pines is back for 2026, bringing The String Cheese Incident to The Pines Music Park in Eau Claire, Wisconsin for two full days of music and camping on August 14 and 15.
Set on 140 beautifully landscaped acres among tall trees and rolling hills, The Pines Music Park has quickly established itself as one of the most picturesque destinations in the Midwest for a full-immersion music and camping experience.
The venue, also home to the Blue Ox Music Festival, brings together top-level national acts with the feel of an intimate, familial gathering, all set against a backdrop of pristine forest, walkable trails and green landscaped lawn.

The 2026 edition follows a memorable initial event in 2025, when SCI welcomed Del McCoury Band and STS9 to the same grounds for a weekend built on collaboration and cross-genre jamming.
This year, the band brings a new pair of collaborators into the fold: Leftover Salmon takes the main stage on Friday, August 14, and Lettuce brings their signature funk on Saturday, August 15.
Late night duties shift to the Backwoods Stage, where Eggy lights up Friday night and Dogs In A Pile closes out the weekend Saturday.

The String Cheese Incident is composed of guitarist Bill Nershi, mandolinist and violinist Michael Kang, bassist Keith Moseley, drummer and percussionist Michael Travis, keyboardist Kyle Hollingsworth and percussionist Jason Hann. Formed in Colorado in 1993, the band built its reputation on their own terms, becoming known for musical creativity, community spirit and an innovative approach to the business of music.
Pioneers of the jam in their own right, Leftover Salmon has spent more than 35 years keeping the traditional music of the past alive while pushing it forward with their own unique style. The jamgrass band’s current lineup is built around founding members Drew Emmitt and Vince Herman, joined by banjo player Andy Thorn, bassist Greg Garrison, drummer Alwyn Robinson and dobro player and keyboardist Jay Starling.
Bringing the musical heat to The Pines Music Park, Lettuce arrives on the heels of their latest album, Cook, a mix of funk, soul, jazz, rock and hip-hop. The six-piece lineup of Adam Deitch, Adam “Shmeeans” Smirnoff, Erick “Jesus” Coomes, Ryan “Zoid” Zoidis, Eric “Benny” Bloom and Nigel Hall released the album on the band’s own Lettuce Records label.

Making their Campout In The Pines Late Night debut on Friday, Eggy is redefining the modern jam band experience with a blend of exploratory improvisation, rich songwriting and magnetic live energy. The Connecticut-based quartet of Jake Brownstein, Dani Battat, Mike Goodman and Alex Bailey has built a reputation for turning every live set into an unpredictable adventure.
Dogs In A Pile makes their own debut at The Pines Music Park this year, closing out the Late Night lineup Saturday. The Asbury Park, New Jersey band, guitarists Jimmy Law and Brian Murray, keyboardist Jeremy Kaplan, bassist Sam Lucid and drummer Joe Babick, is known for their psychedelic-tinged jazz-funk rock ‘n’ roll. The band’s newest album, Distroid, features studio versions of some of their most beloved live staples.

Campout In The Pines is built for more than just the music. Days can be filled with on-site disc golf, guided canoe and paddle trips, yoga and mindfulness sessions, morning yoga and sound bowl, hula hooping and ecstatic dance, plus rotating art installations and the Hot Art Bus.
Each night before The String Cheese Incident takes the stage, Big Fun Circus lights up the sky with a fire-spinning performance, and a Kids Zone keeps the whole family entertained. Once the main stage wraps, a short walk through the campground leads to the Backwoods Stage, where the Late Night lineup carries the party on under a canopy of illuminated trees.

Two-Day Tickets include two nights of music along with unreserved tent camping and parking. For those looking to upgrade their stay, Reserved Campsites put attendees within steps of the action, with some sites offering a direct view of the stage and no fence separating camp from the concert bowl.
Custom-built, air-conditioned Tiny Camping Cabins and Backyards & Beyond Pre-Set Tents are also available in the Eagle Camp neighborhood, a short walk from the concert bowl. Carry-in food and beverage are welcome throughout the campgrounds and concert area. Children 5 and under attend free with an adult, and a Two-Day Kids Pass is available for ages 6 to 13.
For those looking to explore beyond the campgrounds, Eau Claire’s downtown restaurants, hotels and river access are just a few miles away, with opportunities to tube, canoe or kayak the Chippewa River, walk the Old Abe Trail or cool off at Big Falls Park.
