Lukas Nelson Covers Tyler Childers For ‘Quarantunes Evening Session’

Lukas Nelson performed a cover of “Feathered Indians” by Tyler Childers as the latest installment of his Quarantunes Evening Sessions video series. Childers originally released the song on his 2017 sophomore studio album, Purgatory.

“This is my version of a fantastic song by a good buddy of mine Tyler Childers called ‘Feathered Indians,'” Lukas said at the start of the video. Nelson goes on to presented a stripped-down solo acoustic take on a love song that finds Childers backed by a full band including fiddle and pedal steel on Purgatory.
