Lana Del Rey Shares Enchanting Cover Of John Denver’s ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads’

Lana Del Rey shared a sweet cover of John Denver’s singalong classic “Take Me Home, Country Roads.” The track was produced by Zachary Dawes.
The single follows Del Rey’s 2023 album Did You Know That There's A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. Dawes was among the co-producers of the album, which is currently nominated for the Grammy Awards for Album of the Year and Best Alternative Music Album. Del Rey is also nominated in three additional categories at the upcoming 66th Annual Grammy Awards.

Released by John Denver in 1971, the often-covered “Take Me Home, Country Roads” reached #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles chart. Though it did not earn Denver any Grammy Awards at the time of its release, the song was inducted into the Grammys Hall Of Fame in 1998.
