Kevin Morby Shares ‘Blue Christmas’ Cover

Singer-songwriter Kevin Morby released his rendition of the holiday classic “Blue Christmas” on digital streaming services via Dead Oceans. Morby recorded the song two years ago with King Tuff for inclusion on Amazon’s “Indie For The Holidays” playlist.
Billy Haynes and Jay W. Johnson co-wrote “Blue Christmas,” which was initially recorded in 1948 by Doye O’Dell. Elvis Presley famously covered the song for Elvis’ Christmas Album in 1957 and released the rendition as a single in 1964. Stream Morby’s “Blue Christmas” below:
