John Hiatt and Jerry Douglas took the stage at an empty Ryman Auditorium in Nashville to perform “All The Lilacs In Ohio.” The resulting footage is featured in the latest installment of the famed venue’s Ryman Unplugged video series.
Famed singer-songwriter John Hiatt penned “All The Lilacs In Ohio” for his 2001 studio album, The Tiki Bar Is Open. Hiatt reworked the song with the Jerry Douglas Band for their collaborative 2021 LP, Leftover Feelings.

Douglas’ signature dobro stylings are at the heart of the version filmed at The Ryman. Jerry also provides harmony vocals to accompany John Hiatt’s lead vocals in Nashville.
