Watch Jason Isbell & Brandi Carlile Perform Sheryl Crow Covers At ACL Hall Of Fame Honors

PBS will premiere the ACL 8th Annual Hall Of Fame celebration as a special episode of Austin City Limits honoring new inductee Sheryl Crow. A pair of previews of the all-star celebration was shared in advance of the premiere featuring Jason Isbell and Brandi Carlile covering Crow’s well-known songs.

Season 48 resumes with Austin City Limits 8th Annual Hall of Fame Honors Sheryl Crow, which was taped at Austin’s Moody Theatre. Singer-songwriter Brittney Spencer and Lucious‘ Jess Wolfe also performed as part of the tribute to Crow.

The preview footage showcases Isbell performing Crow’s first single, “Run Baby Run,” which appeared on her 1993 debut album, Tuesday Night Music Club. Carlile’s clip features her cover of “If It Makes You Happy,” the lead single off Crow’s 1996 self-titled sophomore album.
