Video & Full Show Audio: Holly Bowling & Mimi Naja Join Greensky Bluegrass In Eugene
By Andy Kahn Mar 28, 2016 • 11:54 am PDT

One day after performing at a rally for Senator Bernie Sanders and welcoming John Popper and Skerik during their show in Seattle, Greensky Bluegrass kept collaborations coming at their concert in Eugene, Oregon on Saturday night. Pianist Holly Bowling and Fruition mandolinist Mimi Naja sat-in with the Michigan-based jamgrass outfit at the McDonald Theatre, each joining in for a number of songs.
Toward the end of Greensky’s first set, Naja came out to lend mandolin and vocals to a trio of songs, including “All Four,” “Santa Fe” and the set closer “Reuben’s Train.” Then, at the end of the second set Bowling took a seat behind the keys to assist on “The Four” and the Grateful Dead’s “Eyes Of The World” which closed out the second half of the show. Bowling also returned to sit-in on the “Fredrico” encore as well.
Below watch video of Bowling guesting on “The Four” and “Eyes Of The World” followed by an audience audio recording of the entire show:
