Erykah Badu Rolls Out ‘Mama’s Gun’ 25th Anniversary Tour Dates
The neo-soul icon will perform her landmark second album across 16 dates spanning October through December.

Erykah Badu will celebrate the 25th anniversary of her landmark second album, Mama’s Gun, with Mama’s Gun ’25: The Return of Automatic Slim Tour dates. The 16-show run will span October through December.
Mama’s Gun, released in 2000, featured classics like “Bag Lady,” “Didn’t Cha Know?” and “Cleva.” Badu launches the commemorative tour on October 3 in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Bowl before heading to Las Vegas on October 4. The tour resumes the next month with a performance in Atlantic City on November 16, followed by Boston on November 18.
Mama’s Gun ’25: The Return of Automatic Slim Tour continues with stops in Detroit on November 20 and Cincinnati on November 22. Badu then performs back-to-back shows in Atlanta on November 23 and 24 at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. The tour moves to Houston for consecutive nights on November 28 and 29 at 713 Music Hall.

December brings double-header performances in Chicago on December 2 and 3 at the Chicago Theatre, followed by two nights in Brooklyn on December 5 and 6 at Kings Theatre. The tour continues in Nashville on December 8 before concluding in her hometown of Dallas on December 10 at the Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory.
Badu and The Alchemist will come together in August the Abi & Alan Tour across North America.
