Dark Star Orchestra Confirms Jamaican Jam In The Sand 2022

Grateful Dead tribute act Dark Star Orchestra will bring back their Jamaican Jam In The Sand destination event next year. The ninth Jamaican Jam In The Sand will be held at Jewel Paradise Cove Resort in Runaway Bay, Jamaica January 11 – 15, 2022.

DSO will perform two sets each night of the festival on its palm tree covered, beachfront stage. Additionally, with John Kadlecik will play three shows over the course of the event.

Organizers Island Gigs are taking “all necessary precautions for safely gathering amidst a changing COVID-19 landscape.” Jewel Paradise Cove Resort is an adults-only site that includes a multitude of restaurants and bars. Daily activities will be planned for attendees, who can take full advantage of the all-inclusive resort’s offerings.

Jam In The Sand 8 (2020) attendees will have first dibs on packages Monday, March 29 at 10 a.m. ET. Those who attended past Jam In The Sand events will be able to take part in a second pre sale on Tuesday, March 30 at 10 a.m. ET. Island Gigs will send special pre-sale codes to past festivalgoers.
