After spending the weekend at Glastonbury, Brandi Carlile’s The Lost Time Tour of Europe continued on Monday with a sold-out concert at Store Vega in Copenhagen, Denmark. Singer-songwriter Audrey McGraw supported the show and joined Carlile for a performance of “Unchained Melody.”
Carlile’s setlist was built from selections across her expansive catalog, with established standouts “The Story,” “The Eye,” “The Joke” and “The Mother,” appearing alongside newer favorites like “You and Me on the Rock” and “Right On Time.” Carlile also played “You Without Me” from her 2025 collaborative album with Elton John, Who Believes In Angels?
A couple of covers were performed for the Copenhagen audience, with Carlile delivering takes on Linda Ronstadt’s “Long Long Time” and Queen’s “Fat Bottom Girls.”
After summoning McGraw to Store Vega stage, Carlile commented that it was McGraw’s sister, Gracie McGraw (their parents are country singers Tim McGraw and Faith Hill), who suggested they perform “Unchained Melody.” The pair dueted on the standard, accompanied only by Carlile on piano.
“This is kind of almost more like a rehearsal,” Carlile said before starting. “Our first time doing this, in the arms of these wonderful people. If anyone is going to fuck this up, it’s going to be me, I promise you.”
