Yusuf/Cat Stevens To Embark On A Cat’s Attic Acoustic North American Tour

Legendary singer-songwriter Yusuf/Cat Stevens will return to the road for a rare tour this fall. Stevens will celebrate his 50 years in the industry with 12 shows over the course of a cross-continent, North American run titled the “A Cat’s Attic Tour.”

As of press time 11 Yusuf/Cat Stevens performances have been confirmed. Stevens is currently slated to kick off the tour with a performance at Sony Centre For The Performing Arts in Toronto on September 12. From there, the artist crosses into the Northeast for shows in Philadelphia and Boston followed by two nights at NYC’s Beacon Theatre. Stevens will play Washington, D.C.’s Kennedy Center on September 22 before returning to NYC for an appearance at this year’s Global Citizen Festival. Then comes shows in Nashville, Chicago and San Francisco. Yusuf is currently scheduled to end the tour with a pair of shows at Hollywood Pantages on October 6 and 7.

A pre-sale for members of Cat’s fan club is scheduled for Thursday, August 11. The general on-sales are scheduled for Monday, August 15 at 10 a.m. local time.
