Wilco To Skip 2014 With Announcement Of Solid Sound 2015

Chicago-based act Wilco held their Solid Sound Festival at MASS MoCA in North Adams, MA in both 2010 and 2011 before taking 2012 off of the event. The group held Solid Sound once again in 2013 and it looks like they are sticking with the “year-on, year-off” formula as they have just announced that the next event will take place June 26 -28, 2015.
Last year’s Solid Sound saw Wilco present an all-request set chock full of covers from the likes of Abba, The Kinks, The Band and the Grateful Dead. Watch the band perform “Ripple” at the 2013 installment of Solid Sound as shot by Geoff Tweaty:
