Georgia rockers Widespread Panic’s three-show run at 1stBank Center in Broomfield continued on Saturday night. The show, which came one night after the band’s cover-filled Halloween performance, saw the band debut a Joe Cocker cover and dust off a Ramones classic.

Widespread Panic kicked off the show with a first set heavy on classics such as “Disco,” “Tall Boy,” “Space Wrangler,” “Walkin'” and “Jack” as well as a cover of the fan-favorite “Lawyers Guns and Money” (Warren Zevon). The second set featured a tease of “Jessica” out of “Pleas” and the Widespread Panic debut of Joe Cocker’s “High Time We Went.” One of Cocker’s best-known songs was originally released in 1971 and can be found on Joe’s self-titled third studio album. A two-song encore featured covers of JJ Cale’s “Travelin’ Light” and “I Wanna Be Sedated” by The Ramones. Widespread Panic had last performed “I Wanna Be Sedated” way back on July 27, 2005 at Deer Creek.
