By Scott Bernstein Feb 19, 2017 • 7:32 am PST
On Saturday night Ween played their second of three consecutive shows at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas marking the band’s first visit to Sin City since Vegoose 2005. Aaron “Gene Ween” Freeman, Mickey “Dean Ween” Melchiondo, Glenn McClelland, Dave Dreiwitz and Claude Coleman delivered a career-spanning 26-song performance that included material from eight different studio albums.
Ween opened with “Did You See Me?” and mixed live staples and rarities over the course of their main set. “The Stallion, Part 5” made only its second appearance since 2010, while Gener performed “She’s Your Baby” solo. The Pod was well represented with “Captain Fantasy,” “Dr. Rock,” “Frank,” “She Fucks Me” and “Sorry Charlie,” while Ween also played five off White Pepper: “Bananas And Blow,” “Even If You Don’t,” “Exactly Where I’m At,” “Pandy Fackler” and “She’s Your Baby.” Tonight, Ween returns to Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas to close out the run.
