‘Now Is The Time’: Warren Haynes Plots June 2024 Run Featuring Warren Haynes Band & Symphonic Sets

Warren Haynes will bring the Warren Haynes Band and The Dreams and Songs Symphonic Experience to a trio of Northeast venues this summer. Dubbed “Now Is The Time,” the run is set to take place in June.

The updated Warren Haynes Band consists of keyboardist John Medeski, Gov’t Mule bassist Kevin Scott and drummer Terence Higgins. The quartet will play a third set together after Haynes presents two sets of songs from some of the projects Warren has been a part of including Gov’t Mule, The Allman Brothers Band, The Dead, Jerry Garcia Symphonic Celebration tour and more with The Dreams and Songs Symphonic Experience .

“I’m really excited to have this opportunity to tour with both my new band and the Symphonic Experience,” Haynes stated. “We will be reinterpreting a lot of different music from the storied ‘songbooks’ of many of the bands I’ve been fortunate to have been a part of over the last three decades or so combined with material from my solo work, including new music. Many of these aforementioned classic songs will be interpreted by an orchestra for the first time ever and doing sets with both the symphony and the band alone will give us the platform to perform a multi-dimensional show night after night.”

The Now Is The Time Tour gets underway on June 7 at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, New York. The run continues on June 8 at Leader Bank Pavilion in Boston. The final North American show on the books so far takes place in Canandaigua, New York at CMAC. The project will then head over to Europe for a pair of previously announced concerts. All shows will be conducted by Rich Daniels of Chicago’s City Lights Orchestra
