Warren Haynes Confirmed As Guest For Grand Point Dead Grateful Tribute

On September 14 and 15 Grace Potter & The Nocturnals will host their third annual Grand Point North festival at Waterfront Park in Burlington, VT. One of the acts set to play the event will be Warren Haynes and Gov’t Mule and that won’t be the only GPN-related event Haynes will perform at.

Haynes will be a special guest -along with Grace Potter and Scott Tournet of The Nocturnals and Phish archivist (and exceptional drummer) Kevin Shapiro -at the Grand Point Dead Grateful Dead tribute held on Sunday, September 15 at Higher Ground in South Burlington. Nocturnals guitarist Benny Yurco will front the house band for the tribute, which also includes Dave Diamond, Adam King, Pat May, Matt Burr and Steve Hadeka. Warren’s no stranger to the music of the Grateful Dead and we’re sure he’ll make what already looked like a night to remember even better.
