Umphrey’s McGee Announces Free Webcast Of Tonight’s Tour Opener

This evening, Umphrey’s McGee opens their latest round of touring with a performance at The Hive in Sandpoint, Idaho. If you can’t make it to Sandpoint in person, there’s an option to watch from home or wherever you have an internet connection.

Umphrey’s McGee have announced a free video webcast of tonight’s show in Idaho. The performance is just the band’s fourth-ever concert in The Gem State and their first that doesn’t take place at The Knitting Factory in Boise. According to tweets from keyboardist Joel Cummins as well as from the band’s official account, tonight’s show has the potential to be particularly noteworthy:

Next up for UM after this evening’s show is a visit to the Moore Theatre in Seattle on Friday night. From there, the group brings the tour to the Crystal Ballroom in Portland, Oregon for performances on Saturday and Sunday.
