Twiddle Welcomes Members Of Aqueous & Debuts Originals At Frendsgiving Finale In Port Chester

Twiddle wrapped up their two-night “Frendsgiving” run at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York on Saturday night. The band brought out members of opening band Aqueous and also debuted some new songs.

Twiddle wasted no time in getting started with a nonstop block that commenced with “Enter” before heading into a massive “Orlando’s” sandwich that featured “Jamflowman,” “Gatsby The Great” (the band did a whole set around the song the night before) and “Hattibagen McRat” before returning to “Orlando’s.” Next up, “Beehop” led into “Carter Candlestick” before the first debut of the night, a song called “Mistakes,” to close out the first set.

Twiddle came back out for the second frame with Mike Gantzer and Dave Loss of Aqueous on guitar for a ripping version of “Latin Tang.” They then segued into “The Box” which contained a “The Legend Of Zelda” jam. After “Syncopated Healing” and “Machine,” Twiddle delivered “The Frends Theme” ahead of the second debut of the night, a tune called “Just Gravy.” The band would fittingly return to “Gatsby The Great” for the final time to close out the second set.

Twiddle came back out for an encore of “Lost In The Cold.” Check out pro-shot video of the first and second set opening sections via Relix along with audience-shot video of the new song “Mistakes” captured by Leah below:
