Turkuaz held a show last night in Los Angeles at the Teragram Ballroom. The Thursday evening concert was capped with an encore honoring Tom Petty with a cover of one of his well-known hits.

The L.A. audience was treated to Turkuaz’s arrangement of Petty’s classic “Runnin’ Down A Dream.” Petty co-wrote the hit single with Jeff Lynne and The Heartbreakers’ guitarist Mike Campbell for Petty’s 1989 solo LP Full Moon Fever. Turkuaz also announced their show tonight in Las Vegas with Organ Freeman is now free and open to the public. Instead of purchasing tickets, those attending the concert at The Yard at TopGolf are encouraged to make a donation that will go directly to a fund supporting the victims of the tragic mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival on the Las Vegas Strip last weekend.
