On Friday, April 4, Washington Capitals left winger Alex Ovechkin scored his 893rd and 894th goals to tie Wayne Gretzky for the most goals in NHL history at the Capital One Arena, while Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio made the penultimate stop of his biggest solo acoustic tour just a few blocks away at the Warner Theatre. The memorable evening in Washington D.C. has been immortalized with a signed poster up for auction to benefit the Divided Sky Foundation.
Ovechkin, who wound up breaking Gretzky’s record two nights later, autographed the official concert poster for Anastasio’s show at the Warner Theatre with a dedication to Trey. The NHL’s all-time goal scorer celebrated his achievement from that night by adding the date and “894.” Anastasio then signed the Mike Tallman-designed poster himself and contributed it to Divided Sky.

The one-of-a-kind collector’s item is now available at auction via Fandiem. All proceeds from the sale will go towards the Divided Sky Foundation — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Anastasio and Melanie Gulde, dedicated to addiction recovery and emotional well-being.
The organization opened the Divided Sky Residential Recovery Program in Ludlow, Vermont back in 2023. The facility offers a peaceful setting, created with recovery in mind, that fosters connection with nature and a path towards healthy self-discovery.

Trey Anastasio and Phish return to the Hollywood Bowl tonight for their first of three shows at the historic Los Angeles venue. Watch via LivePhish.com livestreams.
