The Polyphonic Spree will celebrate the release of their new holiday album
Holidaydream: Sounds of the Holidays Volume One by playing six U.S. dates in December, starting Dec. 6 in Los Angeles at the Fonda Theater and wrapping up on Dec. 22 in Dallas, Texas. The shows will feature two sets, a holiday-themed set comprised of material from
Holidaydream, and a non-holiday rock set.
Holidaydream: Sounds of the Holidays Volume One is the group’s first full-length release since 2007’s The Fragile Army. The album includes ten standards, two original instrumental compositions, and a cover of John Lennon and Yoko Ono‘s classic “Happy X-Mas (War is Over),” and will be released October 23 on Good Records Recordings and Kirtland Records.
