The Kidz Are Alright | 11-Year-Old Guitarist Steals Spotlight In KC

Last month Papillion, NE native Aidan Fisher, a guitarist who’s just 11-years-old, went with his dad to catch a concert from metal act Steel Panther in Kansas City. Fisher held up a sign challenging Steel Panther’s guitarist to a duel and the band was happy to oblige. 
The young six-stringer came on stage and absolutely crushed a rendition of Van Halen’s “Eruption.” Steel Panther asked Fisher to stick around for a Van Halen style cover of “You Really Got Me.” Just one month later the video of Fisher’s star turn has been viewed over two million times on YouTube.
