Telluride Jazz Festival 2015 Initial Lineup Announcement

The 39th annual installment of Telluride Jazz Festival will take place in the majestic setting of Telluride, Colorado between July 31 -August 2. Today, the initial lineup for Telluride Jazz 2015 has been revealed.

Saxophonist and flautist Ernie Watts has been handpicked by festival organizers as this year’s Guest Of Honor. We’re also excited to see The M&Ms on the lineup. For those unfamiliar, The M&Ms features Papa Mali, Rob Mercurio, John Medeski and Stanton Moore. Another legendary saxophonist, Maceo Parker, will also perform at the fest as will Bill Frisell Trio, Joey DeFrancesco, The Soul Rebels, The Nth Power, Euforquestra featuring Kim Dawson, The Jonathan Scales Fourchestra, The Voodoo Orchestra and Telluride Student All-star Ensemble. Look for additional acts to be announced soon.
