Susan Tedeschi, Derek Trucks & BeBe Winans Work Up ‘Children, Go Where I Send Thee’ For ‘CMA Country Christmas’

Tedeschi Trucks Band's Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks joined forces with BeBe Winans for the CMA Country Christmas holiday special that premiered last night on ABC. The trio was supported by a full band and choir on the Christmas classic “Children, Go Where I Send Thee.”

CMA Country Christmas also saw performances by hosts Lauren Daigle and Jordan Davis, as well as Riley Green, Lady A, Little Big Town, Parker McCollum, Megan Moroney and Preservation Hall Jazz Band.

Tedeschi went without a guitar for the duet with Winans on the traditional holiday favorite. Trucks’ contribution included delivering a stirring electric guitar solo.
