Today marks the second installment of Dan Alford’s long-running Stormy Mondays column on JamBase. Each Monday Alford puts together a selection of choice (and legal) live tracks from one of a wide variety of artists he digs for our downloading pleasure.

We here at Stormy Mondays believe in recycling, and as such this week we’re going to listen to an old podcast from our friends at Ropeadope from May of 2006 featuring the music of Herbie Hancock and the Headhunters. Max Schlueter hosts and shares some amazing live music and his amazing knowledge of the band and the material in this hour and twenty minute odyssey. There’s nothing I can say that can add in anyway to the history lesson he has in store, so I won’t even try. Go get yourself some schooling, and as always, enjoy!
